I ship on Tuesdays and Fridays.  Items paid on Tuesdays, ship on Fridays, Items paid on Fridays ship on Tuesdays. 

All clocks ship by priority mail UNLESS they qualify for free shipping, meaning 5 or more.   Then they are shipped by parcel and insured.  They will arrive unassembled with easy instructions.  Either way, you will be emailed a confirmation number before your clock is shipped.

Returns:  We want you to be happy with your purchase.  We accept returns and offer a full refund if you are not happy.  Buyer pays for return shipping and must email for an MRN within 7 days.

 When you receive your clock, it will be set with the hands at 12:00.  Insert an AA battery, (not included) and use the dial to get the correct time.  Make sure the switch is in the "on" positon, and hang.  If you should have any problem with the mechanism,  (which is rare), please let me know.  You can email me at bearlyarttreasures@yahoo.com or call 413-562-8690  Monday - Friday, 10AM to 8PM EST.  Occasionally, we're out for supplies, just give a call back in a while.

After the links page, there are other categories of items.  Those items are on the same shipping schedule, but if they are media, or heavy, they will not ship by priority.  Discount clocks still ship by priority, but other items may ship by parcel or media depending on what they are.  In the other art category, you may find items that are not products of bearly art.  They may be the work of other artists who I am closely associated with.  They are covered by the same policies unless stated otherwise.

Warranty, Parts and Service

We warranty all parts for 6 months. 

After that, we charge 3.50 for a new mechanism and instructions to install, which includes shipping.  As you can tell, we aren't making money on this.  We just want you to be happily up and running. 

Should you bend your clock hands, we will send you a new set for 2 bucks, shipped.

We always advise against leaving your clock in the hot sun, and cannot be held responsible should you warp your clock by leaving it in the sun.
